Orders should be placed the day before delivery is needed. We do our best to handle special requests and hotshot deliveries as they are needed. If there are any issues with a delivery, a simple phone call to our customer service staff will expedite any replacements, credits and returns that may be needed. Invoices, Statements & Credits All customers are required to submit a credit application. Invoices are easy to read and customers are given 2 signed copies.
